Glutathione (GSH) is a which contains an unusual peptide linkage between the amine group of cysteine and the carboxyl group of the glutamate side chain. Glutathione is an which plays significant roles in helping protect cells from free radicals and peroxides. So, it is used to protect liver, enhance immunity, restrain HIV, and so on.
Exracted from yeast cell, after concentrating and drying, glutathione yeast extract is prepared. This yeast extract contain higher glutathione(≥15%) and easier been absorbed. This product which is fully extracted from yeast and contain no preservatives can be used as antioxidant in food, medicine and cosmetic.

2.Mainly uses:
1).L-Glutathione (GSH) is a tripeptide that contains an unusual peptide linkage between
the amine group of cysteine and the carboxyl group of the glutamate sidechain. It is an
antioxidant, preventing damage to important cellular components caused by reactive
oxygen species such as free radicals and peroxides.
2).L-Glutathione reduces disulfide bondsformed within cytoplasmic proteins to cysteines
by serving as an electron donor. In the process, glutathione is converted to its oxidized
form glutathione disulfide(GSSG), also called L(-)-Glutathione.
